The list of tips that are displayed to players in spectator.
Tip: Flipping coins have a flat 5% chance to instantly explode you and everyone else around you.
Tip: Wearing any kind of armor will give you AHP after a short period of time.
Tip: The Micro H.I.D. can passively recharge.
Tip: SCP-173 literally explodes and drops High-Explosive Grenades on death.
Tip: Painkillers can give certain, potentially devastating, effects that can be very benefical or detrimental.
Tip: You don't have to hold out your keycard to access doors, gates or cabinets.
Tip: Autonuke will automatically go off after 20 minutes. C.A.S.S.I.E. will periodically announce on when it's going to detonate thoughout the round.
Tip: Surface will undergo a decontamination shortly after the Alpha Warhead detonates.

Tip: Coins can be used to temporally lock doors/gates.
Tip: You can switch classes with other people by going into console by pressing tilde, and typing ".scpswap start <class> or <name>".

Tip: The Tranqualizer can automatically cancel out SCP-096's Rage when he's tranqualized.
Tip: SCP-096 is the most vulnerable SCP when he’s alone. Look down and follow his screams until he exits his rage, which is when you can dump your mag to him. Solidify your success by having teammates around, doing the same.
Tip: Elevators are the best escape route if you're being chased down. Make sure to have an elevator called up before making any plans to have a way to escape if anything goes wrong.
Tip: Some Custom Items aren’t guaranteed to spawn each round. Look out for them, such as the Deflector Shield, which can bring along game altering power.
Tip: Doors can be broken down if multiple people and SCPs are huddled near the door. Also affects gates which would instead be pried open for a few seconds.
Tip: The “.buddy” command can make your buddy always play on the same class as you. Can be access by pressing tilda.( ` )
Tip: If you suddenly have an unexpected Grenade vomit, pointing at a hallway or walking backwards away from the grenades can increase your chance of survival.
Tip: Always treat SCP-173's 2nd life as if he has low health. The end of many MTF squads is due to them being near the peanut at his final death.
Tip: The COM-18 has the fastest base draw speed in-game for firearms. Use this to take out unsuspecting enemies.
Tip: You can increase your chances of escaping Pocket Dimension by choosing hallways that do not have corpses as exits only randomizes if someone successfully escapes.
Tip: The quality of your teammates may be questionable at times. However, letting someone else take the lead instead of you gives more time to react to a threat, at the expense of your teammate.
Tip: If you encounter a bug in the server, you can report it in the #bug-reports channel in the discord. A quick patch requires a quick notification.
Tip: Chaos Repressors and MTF Captains are very good in holding down a position against enemy humans. With their fast fire rate and if built right, great accuracy, you can halt a charge against the enemy team with ease.
Tip: The revolver’s hammer (The shooting mechanism) can be pre-activated by pressing by default, Middle Mouse Button. This makes it your first shot has a significantly shorter delay when firing.
Tip: Jailbird charge attacks can hit multiple people at once if they are tightly grouped up, or blind an SCP for a short duration, long enough to stay blinded with continuous charge attacks.
Tip: Pink Candy is a great last resort candy to take out enemies surrounding you.
Tip: There are two Vending Machines that are both found in PT-00 and in SCP-049/SCP-173's Containment Area. Can offer items if you insert a coin into it by interacting with the Chaos Device.
Tip: The rare custom item, “SCP-1499”, takes you to the tutorial tower for a short duration, letting you prepare or heal up, before being teleported back where you were at.
Tip: SCP-018 when thrown, can sometimes deal major amounts of damage to SCPs that are currently inside a closed elevator.
Tip: Facility Guards can feasibly take down several SCPs with ease if they're in groups.
Tip: The best route for the success of the facility guards is looking for a card that can open either Scp 106 or 096’s room. With a lieutenant card from those rooms, you can either leave or equip yourselves with better equipment from lockers.
Tip: Spawnwaves occurs every 280-350 seconds. Keep relative track of time to plan out your actions, such as holding out as the last survivor for a new spawn wave, or preparing for chaos insurgents if you don’t hear the MTF spawn announcement.
Tip: There are several recording softwares that allow you to record in the background and save captures of a certain length of time with a button press. If you can, use them so you can easily have evidence in making reports against rule breakers.
Tip: Firearms that use AP rounds, does not penetrate through Hume Shield (HS) since it doesn't apply any resistances.
Tip: Class-D Personnel may be just resources, but they are resources that can greatly aid in your fight. Its better to have 5 more MTF/chaos wasting ammo on cooperating D-Class.
Tip: Surface zone provides many places of high ground. Use them against enemies, as it's proven that gamers don’t look up.
Tip: Sometimes, waiting in Light containment for a few minutes is much better than following your teammates. SCP-914 is a prime example of massacre’s waiting to happen by the Scp team.
Tip: Loaded weapons can be unload by holding down "Reload" key, which will give you back the amount of ammo.
Tip: Zone Manager Keycards can be used to quickly escape Light Containment Zone. Although it's not always a feasible idea.
Tip: Do not say the word “Crazy” In a questioning tone. You will regret it.
Tip: Be sure to carry a backup weapon in case you find yourself in a dire situation.
Tip: The Sniper Rifle (E-11) is great for picking out individual targets.
Tip: SCP-035 can appear multiple times in a single round, although there will never be 2 or more instances alive at the same time.
Tip: If you know you are going to die to a Scp-939 and have the option for them to use your voice enabled, say something funny. Make some memories.
Tip: As a part of the Scp team, you can pass through a gate while 096 is opening one. For the human classes however, attempting this could possibly lead to your ticket to spectator chat.
Tip: Scp-500 can be used to clear all negative and mixed status effects.
Tip: To enable the custom abilities of roles like the Chaos Phantom you can double tap ALT (or your bound no-clip key) to select and tap once to activate.
Tip: TPS stands for "Ticks Per Second" and if it's below 25-20, you may notice some lag. Below 10 is very noticable. If its 1? Uh oh.
Tip: There can be multiple modifiers in a single round.
Tip: SCP-939 cannot detect you if you're using SCP-268. However, you can still recieve damage from them if they're swinging their claws.
