Sniper Rifle
A modified E-11 rifle that fires high-velocity anti-personnel sniper rounds.
It'll always spawn in the Micro H.I.D room and has a 40% chance to spawn inside HCZ's Armory.
It can deal 7.5x the normal damage to show humans and SCPs' alike.
