Spectator View (.specview)

Allows patreons to view people who are spectating them while alive. Tier 1+

Usage:
.p specview
.patreon specview

Will list out everyone in the lobby who is currently spectating you in-game.

Nobody is spectating me :(

It also appears as a hint.
