Facility Scan

Allows the user to initiate a facility scan revealing the number of each team in a specified zone. Tier 3+

Usage:
.p scan <ZoneType>
.patreon scan<ZoneType>

Example:
.p scan LightContainment

Valid Zones:
HeavyContainment
LightContainment
Entrance
Surface

It allows you to scan other zones but realistically LightContainment, HeavyContainment, Entrance, and Surface are what will actually be useful.

A facility scan will display to the entire server meaning everyone will know the result.
